Deny
Outcome: the action is rejected before execution, with a specific reason recorded.
Disposition Engine
The component that evaluates an action against applicable controls and resolves it to one of four outcomes.
Evaluates the action against the retrieved controls and resolves it to exactly one outcome: Deny, Escalate, Auto-Execute, or Observe.
Calibration factors named in the paper: action reversibility, financial materiality, customer impact severity, regulatory sensitivity, and novelty or anomaly. Thresholds are set at design time and subject to review before deployment.
